ensure that your name & email address is correct.
Cancellation of order is not allowed once confirmed order is submitted.
An invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours & payment details will be mentioned in the email.

DELIVERY
Delivery methods available are the following:
1. Normal Postage (3-7 working days for parcel to reach you)
2. Registered Postage (2-3 working days for parcel to reach you)
3. Smartpac (1-2 working days for parcel to reach you)
Above mentioned delivery days are subject to change as per singpost delivery speed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
A 1 to 1 exchange for defected items will be applicable maximum 10 days after delivery of parcel.

In the event that the item is sold out/under pending, an exchange for similar priced item will be done.
Otherwise, a refund will be made as per customer's request.
